On Sunday, September 21, nearly 20 runners from Saint Matthias became the first athletes in school history to participate in the CYO Cross Country program. Runners ages six to fourteen participated in the one or two mile course at Suplee Park in Laurel, Maryland.  With it being their first race, all runners finished with best times!

The team runs next weekend at Villa Rosa. Students in all grades are eligible to participate in this fall sport. The CYO Cross Country program is in its fifth year.
