All families are invited to attend our first Family STEM Night and Science Fair on Thursday, March 5 in Friendship Hall. The students in grades 6-8 are looking forward to showing off their science fair projects. Children and parents will have the opportunity to engage in STEM activities and learn about what the teachers are doing in their STEM professional development classes. Our parent STEM Committee will be recruiting volunteers for Career Day which takes place on May 1. Doors open at 5:45. The program will begin with a brief presentation of our STEM vision and introduction to the evening’s activities. In order to ensure that we have ample materials for the activities and refreshments, it is necessary to know how many families will be attending. You may RSVP on the STEM Night invitation that will be distributed next Thursday or on-line when you receive the electronic e-vite. We hope to see all of you at this fun and engaging event!
