Health Room Notes
- Health Records: All new students and returning Kindergarteners and 7th graders must provide updated vaccine records and health inventories. Specifically, 7th graders need to show proof of MCV and Tdap vaccinations.
- Medications: If your child needs any medications (Epi-Pens, Inhalers, Over the Counter Medications), Please complete the proper paperwork and send the medication to Mr. Loughner in its original packaging.
