Kathryn Loughner

Ms. Loughner is the Pre-K teacher at the Academy of St. Matthias the Apostle. Born and raised in Bowie, she attended Catholic schools in the Archdiocese of Washington. This is her first year teaching but has had 8 years of similar experience in another private school in the Archdiocese of Washington. Raised with family members who were educators, she was inspired by their love of teaching and decided to follow in their footsteps. She is excited to be starting a new school year and teaching career at St. Matthias. Ms. Loughner loves to spend time with her family and friends, watch movies, the beach, and watching her favorite sports.
